WILD ON EXPERIENCES CANCELLATION POLICY

  1. Cancellation and Rescheduling:
    – It is required to cancel or reschedule your activity at least 48 hours before the scheduled date.
    – Date changes are subject to availability.
    – Cancellation within the period of 24 hours before the activity will not be eligible for refund or rescheduling if the medical certificate is not presented.
  2. Reimbursement for Medical Reasons:
    – If you are unable to attend due to medical reasons, you can present a medical certificate to request a full refund.
    – The medical certificate must be provided within 24 hours of the scheduled date of the activity.
  3. No Show:
    – If you do not cancel your reservation and do not show up for the scheduled activity, it will be considered a No Show.
    – In case of No Show, a charge equivalent to the total cost of the excursion will be applied.
  4. Weather-related cancellations:

          In the event that a tour is canceled due to weather conditions, Wild On Experiences offers clients two options:

          Reschedule the tour for an alternative date.
          Receive a full refund.
